Exchange Policy

Urban Kanya follows an Exchange Only Policy for all products except Babydoll products. We do not accept returns for refunds.

Please Note: Babydoll/Nightwear products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or any other eligible concern, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery (exchange eligibility may vary by product).

How to Request an Exchange

Once your exchange request is submitted, our team will review it. If approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup based on availability. After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Please Note: If the returned item does not meet our quality standards, the exchange request may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, stains, perfume, washing, or missing accessories/tags will not be accepted.

• Babydoll/Nightwear products are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene reasons, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Urban Kanya will not be responsible for products returned by mistake. If any extra or incorrect item is sent to us, Urban Kanya shall not be liable for its replacement, storage, or return.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, torn, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing enterprises.kanya@gmail.com with your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team generally responds within 5 working days.

Open Delivery

Please do not accept an open parcel from the delivery executive. We request customers not to insist on open delivery or argue with delivery personnel, as this service is not provided by our courier partners.

Replacement Policy

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, torn, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing enterprises.kanya@gmail.com. After verification, an eligible replacement or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

Urban Kanya follows an Exchange Only Policy.

• We do not offer refunds for exchanged, returned, or unwanted products.

• All products are eligible for exchange only, except Babydoll/Nightwear products, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases, such as:

• The ordered product is permanently out of stock.

• The order is cancelled by Urban Kanya and cannot be be fulfilled.

In such cases, the refund for the product value will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 6 working days.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, convenience fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.

Non-Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

If your prepaid order has not been delivered within this period, please contact us at enterprises.kanya@gmail.com with your order details. Our team will investigate and assist you at the earliest.

Customer Responsibility

By using www.urbankanya.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.

Urban Kanya reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or modify its policies at its sole discretion.
